for mustang 00, i can get the headlight housing out like said in the manual...but i can't get the darn bulbs out...the manual says to turn the ring counterclock wise but the actual ring on the lamps looks a lil different then in the diagram and doesn't even move. am i doing this right? i don't want to break anything.
Do you have experience changing mustang headlights?
You were able to remove the head lamp assembly and wires from the bulb. The retaining ring springs slightly on three plastic protrusions press inward toward the housing and twist counter clock wise. That part is available seperatly and cost about $3.00 Good luck

its right it will only turn1/2 way counterclockwise but it will be really hard to turn beacuse its water tight and has not been removed in years
