Hi, i live in the UK and bought a used Honda Accord 1999 model.i want to change the headlight units with a new beam headlights however the lights are normally for the Accords in USA and so my question is that will they fit on the europe version of Accord?, i will greatly appriciate any help.

they won't fit you'll need a lot of work. the guards at the side, the shape everything is all different
none of the body panel come close to fit.
to answer your question, you'll need to cut/mold/paint your hood, fender, bumper, which pretty much everything you can think of.
