I have a 2001 toyota camry and the headlights keep blowing out?

i have been changing headlight light bulbs for about the 5th time now in less than 5 months. does anyone know why they keep blowing out?

your voltage regulator is bad and overcharging the system. you will either have an external volt reg. that needs to be changed. or you have one built into the alternator that needs to be rebuilt.

yes it could be the regulator but i think its a wire in your head lite system shorting out.
You have a bad ground, or an open wire that is touching something it shouldn't. Start tracing your wiring back from the headlamp plugs.

Good Luck!!
